About the job

As a Retail Support Officer, you will be responsible for the execution of customer financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and payments of obligations (loans, accounts, etc.) and for supporting tasks related to customer service and the general operation of the Branch. You will actively and systematically promote the Βranch’s commercial objectives by maintaining good customer relations, promoting products and referring customers to the Branch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other related field of study
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• Very good command of the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification under the joint decision of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Greece and the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (either of types: a1,a2, b1, b, c, d) and/or professional accreditation in private insurance intermediation (types A, D) will be considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

We highly encourage applications from local candidates or permanent residents of Thessaloniki city who are familiar with the community and local banking needs.
